Very disappointed. Bought a Wolf Scooter and it was missing a part. Was told they would order it and it would be ready the following week. Went in late Thursday and they informed me they are backed up in the shop and it would be ready Friday afternoon. Went in a noon to sign papers and bike wasn’t finished yet. Asked me to come back at two. Called me shortly after and said it needed a new tire. That is would take a week longer. Not just One promise broken not just two promises broken, but three promises broken. Btw when I went into the dealership. The bike hadn’t been touched it was in the same spot as when I bought it. To make matters worse they offered me a killer deal on a new scooter. After doing the math it worked out to be higher than the price would normally be. Be careful with this place. On the positive side they did refund my money after two phone calls. You response to my review of “ Sorry you didn’t meet my expectations”. Is insulting to me. My expectations was to be treated with respect and honesty. I’m sorry you couldn’t meet them too. Your response says a lot about your business practice And understanding of honesty and integrity. after a horrible experience why would you ever think you would deserve another chance.

After calling to verify Tommy's had a brand new 2024 Honda 110, we put a deposit down and drove 2 hours from home to pick it up. Upon arrival, the price given to us was not what was quoted over the phone. After they fixed that mistake I came inside to look at the bike with my husband. He noticed it said 2023 on the bike. The salesperson fumbled around and told us to wait while he figured out where the 24 bike was(we had been there 20 minutes at that time..he intended to sell us that 23 bike with us not knowing. He came back and told us the bike we put a deposit on was still in the box and would need to be assembled, we could come back in 2 hours. I now had to cancel my work for the evening to accommodate this change. We come back in 2 hours and the bike still has a 2023 sticker on the back of it and everyone in the store is acting nervous. The VIN number for the bike they assembled was not the same as the one we had put the $500 deposit down on or had asked them to assemble. They told us it was the same bike, but the one with the VIN number we had put a deposit on, was still in a box. After hearing this we got our deposit back and drove to another store and bought our bike there. The lack of sincere apologies on the sales team is what made this deal fall through. We understand mistakes happen, but when they do you have to make it right and you don't ever blame it on miscommunication.

I bought a used side by side that only had 75 hrs on it. The back wheel fell off. I had trouble getting it fixed and was not happy at all. I was never gonna come back. I spoke with Jeff the Manager, and his service and attitude was perfect customer service. The price I was quoted was far less but I won't say the exact amount. I even brought another bike for them to work on. Thank you so much Jeff for putting the customer service to a 10.

Completely disappointed. My husband and I went by the dealership on Tuesday to look at the Sea-Doo Switch. We were told there was a demo day at a marina roughly an hour away on Sunday. We were very excited and jumped at the opportunity to sign up for a 1pm appointment. After driving over to the marina (more than an hour from our home) we arrive just before 1pm and find the spot where they are supposed to be picking up clients for a test drive. We waited until 2pm when we called our sales rep that didn’t end up coming to the event. He informed us that he would call his coworker who was attending and find out what the delay was. He called back and informed us that they did not have many appointments and the employees decided to take the toys out and have some fun. When the guy who was attending called back he informed us that he was sorry he did not have the list for appointments and they were all hanging out at the sandbar. He told us to go get some food at the restaurant at the marina and he would be about 1/2 an hour. At this point it is 2:15pm and it will likely be nearly 3pm before he can even get back. In addition it will be a boat full of employees that have been hanging out and swimming for at least the last hour or more having a good time while we anxiously awaited a return that wasn’t even going to happen if we didn’t call. I know this may not be a reflection on a dealership as a whole since I didn’t make a purchase but it was a company sponsored event with signs for Tommy’s at the destination. I am so upset with the way this was handled. We ended up leaving before their return since the experience was already bad enough. Overall I don’t plan to return to this dealership for any future purchases. I only gave this dealership 2 stars since they were nice on Tuesday when we were at their location.

Went on a ride today and had a front tire valve stem leaking. Called them on a Saturday and they said come on in. Got there and they took my back straight back. Fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Charged $20. Thank you and this place is amazing. The mechanic was so apologetic that it was taking him so long. Broke tire down, replaced valve stem mounted and balanced. Also check air pressure in back tire. Thank you all so much. You all amazing.
